Support issues for licensed MOBY™ users that cannot be resolved by visiting the Bitter End Forum may be addressed via e-mail. Please contact us at support@bitterendsystems.com with a message that includes your name, business, contact information and a complete description of your problem. A Bitter End Systems support specialist will respond as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone as necessary.

Bitter End Systems offers technical support to licensed MOBY™ users. We extend free technical support via phone or e-mail to MOBY™ users who opt for our Subscription Plan. Purchasers are entitled to three (3) free technical support incident via phone or e-mail, after which the cost is $100 per incident.
