Bitter End Systems offers technical support to licensed MOBY™ users. Purchasers are entitled to three (3) free technical support incident via phone or e-mail, after which the cost is $100 per incident.

As a reminder, the Bitter End Systems support Forum is always free.

If you have a technical question that needs immediate attention, and you are unable to find an answer on the Bitter End Forum, please call 800-863-6794 and leave a detailed message explaining the nature of your concern. A Bitter End Systems support specialist will return your call within 24 hours, as operational demands allow.
